The movie kan zijn shot in Italy, moves at a leisurely speed and is very atmospheric. One ofwel my all time favorite thrillers.

I'm gemakkelijk that this drama is like a soap opera! I'm so tired of crime shows, murder mysteries, legal dramas. Comedies are so full ofwel sexual inuendo they aren't funny any more. Gimme some liars, some nasty backstabbing and some good folks who cope.

The acting is outstanding, particularly David as the Bishop, Whitfield as the "first lady" and Dandridge as Grace. Honorable mention to Winfrey, playing against type as an alcoholic, the kind of character who might end up on Dr. Phil! While some ofwel the situations might be perceived as melodramatic, other issues are dealt with, such as homosexuality, interracial sex, and een momentje infidelity. For a family which kan zijn supposed to be holier than the congregation they serve, they seem to be digging some fairly large holes!

Also, a senator is investigating churches and other faith-based entities who enjoy the privilege ofwel not-for-profit status. The senator asks for their financial records, and after he has taken his leave, Bishop Greenleaf makes it clear he has no intention ofwel revealing any church records. I am guessing this will have further implications in the future ofwel the series.

I was so deeply moved by this performance that it led me to write my first review on here. An addictive plot, amazing quality ofwel acting and so many messages not only about religion but also about life itself.. The voorstelling has a way of pulling the audience inside of its world, making us feel like we are one of the Greenleafs. I am white; however I felt at home watching this performance.

What a fantastic show! If you are looking for something to envelop you, this is the opvoering for you. The increasing drama in every episode makes you aangezien to jump right into each and every episode.

Have just discovered this opvoering on Netflix Australia and loving every minute ofwel it. I love reading novels about family dramas, secrets and lies and so this was voortreffelijk for me.

Creepy because he latches on like a leech, he can't take rejection and though he doesn't idee but once he assumes the identity ofwel someone else he can go to any extent to keep that. Actually one can identify with the character so much that it's almost scary to look inside your dark corners.

I see great potential for an interesting look at the inside world of wealth. power and the cloak ofwel holiness. David Keith is a master in delivering dialogue. I love Lynne Whitfield as the matriarch with some obvious issues, yet to be revealed I hope. As the series continues, I (dare I say it?) pray the writers become more info more confident and provide more realistic speaking styles.

I like Greenleaf, but I feel I would like it more if everyone just stayed at the dinner table forever.
